Pharmacy Weight Loss Holmbridge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Holmbridge, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients. Our pharmacy operates in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline a request for treatment if our pharmacist determines that it is not clinically appropriate for you. We may also request additional medical information or ask you to consult your GP before proceeding.
All treatments provided through our service require completion of an online medical consultation. This information is reviewed by our GPhC-registered pharmacist before any prescription is issued or dispensed.
We do not issue prescriptions automatically. Approval is at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist. You must provide honest, accurate, and complete information during your consultation. Providing false information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the treatment specified and are not transferable. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw treatment at any time if we have clinical concerns about your safety.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
Payment does not guarantee approval of your prescription. If your consultation is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier services to UK addresses only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive your delivery or that a secure delivery option is selected.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us immediately via the details on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund on prescription-only medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy law. If your order is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
